Thrill the World Pittsburgh 2009

A just for fun post:

Thrill the World, an annual international tribute to Michael Jackson featuring simultaneous worldwide performances of the choreography to MJ's Thriller video, takes place on October 24.

And again this year, there will be a Thrill Pittsburgh venue!

Check out the web HQ for Thrill the World.

Check out Thrill Pittsburgh 2009 -- still in the planning stages.

And the video from Thrill Pittsburgh 2008.

I don't know where Thrill Pittsburgh 2009 will take place, but I have two suggestions:

One -- Point State Park.

Two - Schenley Plaza.

Get hundreds of MJ fans zombies to dance, and get some aerial shots of that. Throw the video up on YouTube, and voila: Pittsburgh reclaims its Romero-inspired title as the Zombie Capital of the World. Talk about a livable city! Paging the producers of My Tale of Two Cities!
